摘要
MS-222是一种广泛使用的鱼类麻醉剂,本研究探讨了MS-222对西伯利亚鲟(Acipenser baerii)稚鱼耗氧率与幼鱼血液生化指标的影响。为探明MS-222麻醉剂在西伯利亚鲟苗种运输和生产操作中的适宜浓度,设置10、20、30、40、50 mg/L 5个麻醉组与1个对照组,测定体质量为(1.18±0.49)g的西伯利亚鲟稚鱼的耗氧率;设置80、100、120、140、160 mg/L 5个麻醉组与1个对照组,测定体质量为(49.4±10.1)g的西伯利亚鲟幼鱼各项血液生化指标。结果表明,MS-222能显著降低西伯利亚鲟稚鱼的耗氧率(P<0.05)。随着MS-222浓度升高,西伯利亚鲟稚鱼耗氧率缓慢下降,但在浓度为10~50 mg/L范围内,耗氧率无显著性变化(P>0.05)。在MS-222作用下,西伯利亚鲟幼鱼血清镁和磷含量显著升高(P<0.05),并且随着MS-222浓度的增大而相应升高。麻醉后血液中白蛋白(ALB)浓度降低,但无显著性差异(P>0.05)。高密度脂蛋白(HDLC)和低密度脂蛋白(LDLC)水平在各组之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。各麻醉组的总胆红素(TBIL)浓度呈先上升后下降的趋势,140 mg/L麻醉组TBIL水平显著高于其他各组(P>0.05)。研究表明,MS-222麻醉剂可用于西伯利亚鲟苗种运输,通过降低稚鱼耗氧率而延长运输时间并增加运输量。80~120 mg/L的MS-222麻醉浓度对西伯利亚鲟幼鱼血液生化的影响相对较小。本研究为MS-222在西伯利亚鲟苗种运输、养殖生产和实验操作中的应用提供了参考依据。
MS-222 is a widely used anesthetic for fish.Effects of MS-222 on oxygen consumption rate and blood biochemical indexes of Acipenser baerii were investigated in this paper.In order to ascertain the suitable concentrations of MS-222 for fish seedlings transport and production operation of Acipenser baerii,five anesthesia groups(10,20,30,40 and 50 mg/L)and one control group were designed to determine oxygen consumption rate of juvenile Siberian sturgeons with body weight of(1.18±0.49)g.And five anesthesia groups(80,100,120,140 and 160 mg/L)and one control group were designed to determine blood biochemical indexes of juvenile Siberian sturgeons with body weight of(49.4±10.1)g.The results showed that MS-222 could significantly reduce the oxygen consumption rate of juvenile Siberian sturgeons(P<0.05).With the increase of MS-222 concentration,the oxygen consumption rate of juvenile Siberian sturgeons decreased slowly,while the oxygen consumption rate presented no significant change with MS-222 concentration range of 10~50 mg/L(P>0.05).Besides,MS-222 significantly increased the levels of magnesium and phosphorus in serum(P<0.05),and the levels of serum magnesium and phosphorus increased with the increase of MS-222 concentration.The concentration of albumin(ALB)in blood decreased after anesthesia,along with no significant difference(P>0.05).The levels of high-density lipoprotein(HDLC)and low-density lipoprotein(LDLC)presented not significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).The concentration of total bilirubin(TBIL)was firstly increased and then decreased,among which the TBIL level in 140 mg/L anesthesia group was significantly higher than that in other groups(P>0.05).The results indicated that MS-222 can be used in the transport of Siberian sturgeon seedlings to reduce oxygen consumption rate and increase transport time and transport quantity.MS-222 with 80~120 mg/L concentration possessed relatively less impact on blood biochemical indexes of juvenile Siberian sturgeon.This study provides reference for the application of MS-222 in the transport,aquaculture and experimental operation of Siberian sturgeon.
