在大数据时代背景下,病案管理在载体、利用、需求等领域发生了许多新的变化,同时对病案管理人才队伍也提出了新的要求,建设一支自我认知精准化、知识结构多元化、服务能力专业化的病案管理人才队伍是应对大数据时代新变化的重要途径。为了进一步提高大数据时代病案管理人员应对新变化的能力,建议通过实施加快专业人才培养、完善人员管理制度、开展继续教育培训等举措,更好地发挥病案管理人才的专业作用,为大数据时代病案管理的发展提供强有力的人才保障。

Under the background of the big data era,many new changes have taken place in the fields of medical record management,such as carrier,utilization,demand and so on.At the same time,new requirements have been put forward for the medical record management personnel.Building a medical record management personnel team with self-recognition precision,knowledge structure diversification and service ability specialization is an important way to cope with the new changes in the big data era.In order to further improve the ability of medical record managers to cope with the new changes in the era of big data,it is suggested that the professional role of medical record managers should be better played by speeding up the implementation of three measures,namely,training professionals,improving personnel management system and carrying out continuing education and training,so as to providing a strong talent guarantee for the development of medical record management in the era of big data.
