传统儒家生命伦理视域下器官移植伦理观构建与实践研究

Study in the Construction and Practice of Organ Transplantation Ethics from the Perspective of Traditional Confucian Bioethics

器官移植使许多因器官衰竭而生命垂危病患重获新生。器官移植领域存在多方面伦理问题,如家庭伦理问题制约活体器官捐献、传统伦理观影响尸体捐献、生命和死亡的时间界定伦理冲突等,制约了我国器官移植技术全面发展。探究现阶段我国器官移植伦理观所存在问题及原因,以传统儒家生命伦理理论为指导,构建符合时代需求的器官移植领域伦理观,以确立适合我国器官移植伦理观发展融合路径。

Organ transplantation has revived many critically ill patients with organ failure.There are many ethical problems in the field of organ transplantation,such as:family ethical issues restrict living organ donation,traditional ethics affect cadaver donation,ethical conflicts of defining the time of life and death,etc.,which restrict the overall development of organ transplantation technology in China.This paper explores the problems and reasons of organ transplantation ethics in China at this stage.Guided by the traditional Confucian bioethical theory,it constructs the ethics of organ transplantation field that meets the needs of the times,and provides help for the establishment of the development practice path of organ transplantation ethics in China.
