社区参与研究在艾滋病防控中的应用

Application of Community-based Participatory Research in AIDS Prevention

社区参与研究(community-based participatory research,CBPR)通过调动社区参与艾滋病防控工作的积极性,从而提高艾滋病干预的可操作性及效果,已成为近年的研究热点。CBPR主要通过社区组织、社区卫生服务机构、社区委员会以及同伴研究人员等方式参与到艾滋病防控工作中,充分考虑社区因素对艾滋病传播的影响,在艾滋病防控中发挥重要作用。对CBPR相关理论及其在艾滋病防控中的应用进行了综述。

Community-based participatory research(CBPR)mobilized the enthusiasm of community participation in AIDS prevention,thereby improving the operability and prevention effects of AIDS intervention,which has become a research hotspot in recent years.The way of CBPR conducting the AIDS prevention included establishing community-based organizations,community health care institutes,community boards,and peer research associates.CBPR took the impact of community on AIDS epidemic into account,which played an important role in AIDS prevention.The aim of this study was to review the literature on CBPR and its application in the prevention of AIDS.
