不同损伤方式对马铃薯叶片次生物质及叶绿素含量的影响

摘要 采用剪叶、打孔方式模拟虫害马铃薯叶片,对其叶片中总酚和叶绿素含量的时序变化进行了测定。结果表明:在四个时间点内,分别与各自的对照相比,剪叶处理后的马铃薯叶片内总酚含量虽略有升高,但方差分析差异不显著。只有打孔处理后马铃薯叶片内总酚含量在2h显著升高。马铃薯叶片中叶绿素a、叶绿素b及其总叶绿素含量在打孔处理后4h显著降低。剪叶处理后,马铃薯叶片中叶绿素a含量在8h显著低于4h。说明打孔对马铃薯诱导抗性和生长影响更大,也从一个侧面为植物抗虫害提供了理论依据。 The study simulated the pest-infested potato leaves by cutting leaves and punching holes to determine the sequential changes of total phenolic and chlorophyll content in potato leaves.The results showed that compared with their respective control at four time points,the total phenolic content in potato leaves increased slightly after leaf-cutting treatment,but ANOVA showed that the differences were not significant.The total phenolic content in the potato leaves increased significantly at 2 h after the punching treatment.The contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll in potato leaves decreased significantly at 4 h after the punching treatment.The content of chlorophyll a in potato leaves was significantly lower than that at 4 h after leaf-cutting.It indicates that the impact of punching holes on induced resistance and growth of potato is greater,providing a theoretical basis for plant resistance to insects to a certain extent.
