摘要
笔者设计一种智能微型断路器的可编程集总远程测控装置,形成集采集、监测、控制和通信功能于一体的微型断路器智能化装置,对于提高电力系统的自动化程度具有重要意义。分析了该测控装置的硬件结构原理,研究了数字量输入、模拟量的输入输出、RS232、RS485及以太网通信等功能模块的结构和设计思路。最后,针对设计的测控装置进行了实验分析。实验结果表明,该测控装置能有效地实现上位机对现场信号的集中采集和控制的功能。
The author designed a programmable integrated remote measurement and control device for intelligent miniature circuit breakers to form an intelligent miniature circuit breaker device integrating acquisition,monitoring,control and communication functions,which is of great significance for improving the automation of the power system.The hardware structure principle of the measurement and control device is analyzed,and the structure and design ideas of functional modules such as digital input,analog input and output,RS232,RS485 and Ethernet communication are studied.Finally,an experimental analysis is carried out for the designed measurement and control device.The experimental results show that the measurement and control device can effectively realize the functions of the host computer to collect and control the field signals.
