逆全球化视域下东北亚区域经贸合作问题研究——基于动态演化博弈的分析

The Research on Northeast Asia Regional Economic and Trade Cooperation from the Perspective of Anti Globalization:Analysis Based on Dynamic Evolutionary Game

逆全球化思潮的泛滥危及了原有的国际经贸秩序,对包括中日韩俄等东北亚国家在内的世界各国经济发展都造成了很大冲击。但逆全球化在损害东北亚区域各国利益的同时也倒逼域内各国将逆全球化转化为加强区域经贸合作的动力。逆全球化促使东北亚各国重新考虑加强区域经贸合作,同时也加速了东北亚双边及多边贸易体系的建立。当前,东北亚各国应采取加强金融合作、加强农业合作、加强能源合作和加强技术合作等方式,来增加区域内各国进行经贸合作的收益、减少合作成本、降低关税壁垒,进而加速东北亚区域经贸合作的进程。

The flood of anti globalization trend of thought has endangered the original international economic and trade order,and has caused a great impact on the economic development of all countries in the world,including China,Japan,South Korea,Russia and other Northeast Asian countries.However,anti globalization not only damages the interests of the countries in Northeast Asia,but also forces the countries in the region to turn anti globalization into a driving force to strengthen regional economic and trade cooperation.Anti globalization has prompted Northeast Asian countries to reconsider strengthening regional economic and trade cooperation,and also accelerated the establishment of bilateral and multilateral trade systems in Northeast Asia.At present,Northeast Asian countries can strengthen financial cooperation,agricultural cooperation,energy cooperation and technical cooperation to increase the benefits of economic and trade cooperation,reduce cooperation costs and reduce tariff barriers,so as to effectively promote economic and trade cooperation in Northeast Asia.
