摘要 本文着重分析水钢钢轧事业部一高线双芯棒区域运卷小车控制定位运行原理和现状,介绍拉绳位置传感器控制存在的缺陷,激光测距仪在定位控制中的特点,以及应用后故障影响时间的对比,通过改造大幅降低故障时间和维检工作量. The operation principle and current situation of controlling and positioning of trolley car carrying high speed wire rod in the double-core bar area in the No.1 high speed wire rod rolling workshop in Industrial Department of Steelmaking and Steel Rolling in Shuigang are mainly analyzed.The defects in the control of rope-drawing position sensor,the characteristics of laser range finder in positioning control,and the comparison of time required for trouble removal before and after application of laser range finder are introduced.The lost time due to faults and the maintenance workload are greatly reduced.
