摘要
纯电动汽车的电动机分为水冷式和油冷式。开发了一款水冷式电动机的纯电动汽车齿轮箱润滑油,并对其性能进行了评价。纯电动汽车齿轮箱润滑油由加氢基础油,10.0%的齿轮油复合剂,1.0%的磷酸酯抗磨极压剂,6.0%的聚甲基丙烯酸酯黏度指数改进剂及0.03%的复合抗泡剂组成。研制的齿轮油FZG齿轮试验达到了12级,NEDC效率试验结果超过了进口参比油,摩擦特性与进口参比油相似,并且完成了30 Mm的耐久性试验(等效里程100 Mm),能降低约0.84%的能耗,可以用于水冷式电动机的纯电动汽车齿轮箱的润滑。(图3表4参考文献1)
Pure electric vehicles was divided into water-cooled electric motor and oil-cooled electric motor.A pure electric vehicle gearbox lubricant for water-cooled motor was developed and its performances were evaluated.The pure electric vehicle gearbox lubricant was composed of hydrogenated base Stock,10.0%gear oil additive package,1.0%phosphate anti-wear extreme pressure additive,6.0%polymethacrylate viscosity index improver and 0.03%complex anti-foaming additive.The developed gear lubricant had reached grade 12 of FZG gear test,the NEDC efficiency test result was higher than that of imported reference lubricant,and the frictional characteristics were similar to that of imported reference lubricant.The durability test of 30 Mm(equivalent mileage 100 Mm)was completed,which could reduce the energy consumption by about 0.84%.It could be used for the lubrication of pure electric vehicle gearbox of water-cooled motor.(Charts3 Tables4 Reference1)
