摘要
当今世界对环保的要求十分迫切,推动了船用燃料绿色化发展,要求船舶使用低硫燃油(硫含量不高于0.5%质量分数)。但使用低硫燃油恶化了船用气缸油的工作条件,对船用气缸油的清净分散性提出了更高的要求。船用气缸油的清净分散性一般用发动机台架试验进行评价,但费用高昂,周期长,不适用于实验室配方筛选。为此对用成焦板试验,热管氧化试验,烟炱分散试验及滤纸斑点分散试验来评价船用气缸油的清净分散性的可行性进行了考察。成焦板试验不适用于评价船用气缸油的清净分散性,而热管氧化试验,烟炱分散试验和滤纸斑点分散试验在评价船用气缸油(包括混有燃油)的清净分散性时具有较好的区分性,可以用于模拟评价船用气缸油的清净分散性。借助于这些模拟方法可对船用气缸油中的清净分散剂及配方进行筛选,可节约研发费用,缩短研发周期,提高研发效率。(图2表2参考文献11)
Nowadays,the requirement for environmental protection was very urgent in the world,which promoted the green development of marine fuel and required ships to use low-sulfur fuel(sulfur content was not higher than 0.5%mass fraction).However,the working conditions of marine cylinder oils was deteriorated by use of low-sulfur fuel,and higher requirements for the detergency and dispersion of marine cylinder oils was put forward.The detergency and dispersion of marine cylinder oils was generally evaluated by engine test,but it was not suitable for laboratory formulation screening because of its high cost and long cycle.Therefore,the feasibility of using panel coker test,hot tube test,soot dispersion simulation test and blotter spot dispersion test to evaluate the detergency and dispersion of marine cylinder oils was investigated.The panel coker test was not suitable for evaluating the detergency and dispersion of marine cylinder oils.It had good discrimination for the hot tube test,soot dispersion simulation test and blotter spot dispersion test to evaluate the detergency and dispersion of marine cylinder oils(including mixed fuel),and could be used to evaluate the detergency and dispersion of marine cylinder oils.With the help of these simulation methods,the detergents and dispersants in marine cylinder oil could be screened,which could save the R&D cost,shorten the R&D cycle and improve the R&D efficiency.(Charts2 Tables2 References11)
