摘要 在润滑脂中,基础油与稠化剂是一个不可分割的胶体体系,因此基础油对润滑脂的制备,理化性能,纤维结构及触变性有着直接的影响。就基础油的苯胺点,黏度和类型等对锂基/复合锂基润滑脂,复合磺酸钙基润滑脂及聚脲润滑脂的制备,理化性能,纤维结构及触变性的影响进行了综述。不同基础油对锂基/复合锂基润滑脂,复合磺酸钙基润滑脂及聚脲润滑脂的制备,理化性能,纤维结构及触变性的影响并不相同。在研制和设计润滑脂时,可以根据不同基础油的特性来选择合适的基础油,使润滑脂达到最佳的性价比。(图15表4参考文献16) Base Stocks and thickeners were an inseparable colloidal system in grease.So base Stocks had a direct impact on the preparation,physicochemical performances,fiber structure and thixotropy of grease.The effects of aniline point,viscosity and type of base Stocks on the preparation,physicochemical performances,fiber structure and thixotropy of lithium/complex lithium grease,complex calcium sulfonate grease and polyurea grease were reviewed.Different base Stocks had different effects on the preparation,physicochemical performance,fiber structure and thixotropy of lithium/complex lithium grease,complex calcium sulfonate grease and polyurea grease.In the development and design of grease,the suitable base Stocks could be selected according to the characteristics of different base Stocks to achieve the best performances/cost.(Charts15 Tables4 References16)
