Under the background of the new era,the library crisis has gradually affected the healthy development of the library and restricted the process of constructing public culture and spiritual civilization in our country.Crisis management is a management mechanism and system formed by the library to effectively deal with the crisis,which can effectively help the librarians to improve the quality and efficiency of work,and provide more stable and efficient services for readers.This paper attempts to construct the library crisis management philosophy from the concept and basic content,and probes into its application strategies.
