基层公共图书馆业务培训工作创新与成效研究——以陕西公共图书馆服务联盟为例

On Innovation and Effectiveness of Professional Training in Grass-roots Public Libraries:Taking Shaanxi Public Library Service Consortia as an Example

简要回顾陕西公共图书馆服务联盟成立初期对基层公共图书馆举办业务培训所取得的成绩。重点阐述了“十三五”时期,陕西公共图书馆服务联盟培训组在培训组织、教学设计、培训内容等方面进行的创新实践,并研究分析了持续性基层业务培训在推动基层公共图书馆事业发展方面取得的成效。期盼为西部基层公共图书馆业务培训同行提供参考,从而为国家“十四五”乡村发展规划之一的美丽乡村建设培养更多有能力、有担当的基层文化人才。

This paper briefly reviews the achievements made by Shaanxi Public Library Service Consortia in organizing professional training for grass-roots public libraries at the early stage of its establishment.This paper focuses on the innovative practice of training organization,teaching design and training content carried out by the training group of Shaanxi Public Library Service Consortia during“the 13th Five-Year Plan”period,and studies and analyzes the effect of continuous grass-roots professional training in promoting the development of grass-roots public library cause.It is expected to provide reference for the professional training of grass-roots public libraries in western China,so as to cultivate more capable and responsible grass-roots cultural talents for beautiful countryside construction,which is one of“the 14th Five-Year”rural development plan in China.
