摘要
2020年,受新冠肺炎疫情的影响,伴随着图书馆员线上培训的大量涌现,图书馆员在线教育得到空前发展。笔者有幸参加了一些线上业务培训讲座,感触颇深、受益良多。本文从业务能力、阅读能力、职业情感等方面总结一些心得体会,与吾辈同行共勉。
Influenced by the COVID-19 epidemic in 2020,librarian online education has witnessed unprecedented development along with the emergence of a large number of online training for librarians.The author has the honor to participate in some online vocational training lectures,and has been deeply touched and benefited from the training.This article summarizes some experiences from the aspects of vocational ability,reading ability and professional emotion,and shares these experiences with our counterparts.
