摘要
“融入专业人才培养”是“1+X”证书制度试点内容之一。提出“1+X”证书制度下工业机器人技术专业“书—证—赛”融合人才培养模式,从人才培养规格融合、课程体系融合、“三教”改革、“育—训—培—赛—考”一体化基地建设和考核评价融合等五个方面实现“书—证—赛”融合,促进“产教融合”,加强工业机器人技术专业内涵建设,提高工业机器人技术专业人才培养质量。
It is evident that merging'1+X'skill certificate into professional's cultivation is one of pilot contents of"1+X"certificate system.Then,the paper tries to present the model of merging"diploma-'1+X'certificate-skill competition"for industrial robot technology major.Clearly,it is essential to merge"1+X"certificate and vocational skill competition into industrial robot technology major,integrate the talent training standard with curriculum system and the performance assessment.Also,it is necessary to reform teachers'education,textbook development,teaching methodology and construct education-exercise-training-skill competition-examination"practice.Surely,the implement of merging"diploma-'1+X'certificate-skill competition"could promote industry-education integration,strengthen connotation building and improve talent quality.
