新冠肺炎疫情期间,全国高等院校开展了大规模线上教学。后疫情时代,教育部鼓励高校积极推进线上线下教学相融合。与此同时,线上线下混合教学模式对高校教师职业道德素养提出新的要求。只有提升线上线下混合教学模式下高校教师职业道德修养,线上线下混合教学模式改革才能达到预期的效果。

It is well-known that during COVID-19 epidemic,China's Ministry of Education requires that universities carry out large-scale online teaching.In the post-epidemic era,the Ministry of Education encourages all universities to actively promote the integration of online and offline teaching.Surely,the online and offline blend teaching model asks for new requirements for college teachers'professional ethics.Therefore,the paper tries to expound that only enhancing teachers'professional ethics under online and offline blend teaching background can the education reform succeedand achieve the expected effects.
