It is well-known that the quality and effectiveness of ideological and political theory courses depends on the quality of its teacher team.Therefore,improving teachers'qualities for development plays a significant role in cultivating successors of China socialism.It is sure that learning consciousness,technical teaching ability and innovative thinking are all included in the qualities for development of ideological and political theory courses teachers in vocational colleges.Although some factors might hinder the improvement of these teachers'qualities for development,ideological and political theory courses teachers'qualities for development would become more comprehensive after joint efforts of nation,vocational colleges and teachers.There is no doubt that the purpose of the course could be more accessible.
