摘要
目的评估男性糖尿病前期腹型肥胖人群心肺耐力水平,了解心肺耐力与腹型肥胖的关系,为糖代谢异常合并腹型肥胖人群的心肺功能状态提供科学数据。方法纳入男性糖尿病前期人群73例,行心肺运动试验(cardiopulmonary exercise testing,CPET)评估心肺功能(cardiorespiratory fitness,CRF),测定腹内脂肪面积、腰围等,依据腹内脂肪面积分为正常对照组及腹型肥胖组。比较2组人群心肺耐力水平的差异及其与腹内脂肪面积、腰围等指标的关系。结果男性糖尿病前期腹型肥胖人群,心肺耐力已经减低。不同峰值摄氧量及不同恢复1 min心率水平组,腹内脂肪面积、腰围存在差异,表现为峰值摄氧量越高、心率恢复越快,腹内脂肪面积和腰围越小。峰值VO2/kg、恢复1 min心率与腹内脂肪面积及腰围呈负相关关系。结论男性糖尿病前期腹型肥胖人群心肺耐力减低,腹型肥胖主要影响峰值VO2/kg和恢复1 min心率,是心肺耐力减低的重要影响因素。
Objective To investigate the cardiorespiratory endurance in male prediabetic patients with abdominal obesity,and to explore the correlation between cardiorespiratory endurance and abdominal obesity,so as to provide scientific data for improving the cardiorespiratory endurance of patients.Methods A total of 73 male prediabetic patients were enrolled in the study.The cardiopulmonary exercise testing(CPET)was used to assess the cardiorespiratory fitness(CRF)of patients,moreover,the abdominal visceral fat and waist circumference were measured.The patients were divided into control group and abdominal obesity group according to the abdominal fat area.The differences of cardiopulmonary fitness and its relationship with abdominal visceral fat and waist circumference were observed compared between the two groups.Results The cardiorespiratory endurance in male prediabetic patients with abdominal obesity was decreased.There were differences in abdominal visceral fat and waist circumference among the groups with different peak oxygen uptake and different recovery 1 minute heart rate,which showed that the higher the peak oxygen uptake,the faster the recovery rate,and the smaller abdominal visceral fat and waist circumference.There was a negative correlation between the peak VO2/kg,the recovery 1 minute heart rate and the abdominal visceral fat as well as waist circumference.Conclusion The cardiorespiratory endurance is decreased in male prediabetic patients with abdominal obesity,and abdominal obesity mainly affects the peak value of VO2/kg and the recovery 1 minute heart rate,which is an important factor resulting in the decrease of cardiorespiratory endurance.
