“带冠埋干法”杉木采穗圃采条关键技术

摘要 通过对"带冠埋干法"新型采穗圃内生产的不同长度规格的穗条进行扦插育苗对比试验,结果表明,1—3月份、6月份、11—12月份不同的穗条规格间扦插的苗木保存率无显著差异;各月份扦插培育的苗木,不同穗条规格间在地径、苗高方面均存在极显著差异。根据保存率、地径、苗高生长情况,制定了"带冠埋干法"新型采穗圃穗条采集标准:1—3月份穗长4~5 cm,4—5月份穗长6~7 cm,6月份穗长7~8 cm,7—12月份穗长4~5 cm。 Through the comparison test of the different length strains produced in the"with crown drying method"new type of cutting orchard,the results showed that there is no significant difference in the conserved rate of cutting of seedlings inserted between different spike slot specifications from January to March,in June and from November to December.According to the conserved rate of cutting,ground diameter,seedling high growth situation,the scion collecting standard of the"With crown drying method"new type of cutting orchard was developed:the spike length ranged from 4 to 5 cm in the months from January to March,the spike length ranged from 6 to 7 cm in the months from April to May,the spike length ranged from 7 to 8 cm in June,the spike length ranged from 4 to 5 cm in the months from July to December.
