丹栀调脂汤治疗肥胖型2型糖尿病的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Danzhi Tiaozhi Decoction in Treating Obese Type 2 Diabetes

目的观察丹栀调脂汤治疗肥胖2型糖尿病患者的临床疗效。方法从2018年6月-2019年6月住院患者中选取84例肥胖2型糖尿病住院患者,随机分为对照组42例、治疗组42例。对照组给予临床基础治疗,同时予以服用盐酸二甲双胍片,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用丹栀调脂汤,治疗3个月。比较两组空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹C肽、餐后2 hC肽、血脂(TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C)、身体质量指数(BMI)等水平,并评价两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗组体重、BMI、腰围、血糖、血脂等相关指标的改善程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组治疗效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗肥胖2型糖尿病中应用丹栀调脂汤辅助治疗能有效降低患者的血糖、血脂、BMI水平,提高C肽水平,改善患者血糖及临床症状。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Danzhi Tiaozhi Decoction in the treatment of obese patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods Observed hospitalized patients from June 2018 to June 2019.84 hospitalized patients with obese type 2 diabetes were randomLy divided into a control group of 42 cases and a treatment group of 42 cases.The control group was given basic clinical treatment and metformin hydrochloride tablets,the treatment group was given Danzhi Tiaozhi Decoction on the basis of the control group for 3 months.Compare the two groups of fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),fasting C peptide,postprandial 2 hC peptide,blood lipids(TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C),body mass index(BMI)and other levels,and evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients.Results The improvement of body weight,BMI,waist circumference,blood glucose,blood lipids and other related indexes in the treatment group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment efficiency of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The adjuvant treatment of Danzhi Tiaozhi Decoction in the treatment of obesity type 2 diabetes can effectively reduce the blood glucose,blood lipid,and BMI levels of patients,increase C-peptide levels,and improve the blood glucose and clinical symptoms of patients.
