GDM孕妇行家庭跟进式护理对妊娠结局的影响

The Influence of Family Follow-up Nursing for Pregnant Women with GDM on Pregnancy Outcome

目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)孕妇进行家庭跟进式护理对妊娠结局的影响。方法将2018年4月-2019年4月期间于该院就诊的100例GDM孕妇应用盲选分组法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予家庭跟进式护理干预。对比两组孕妇护理后的血糖水平相关指标和不良妊娠结局发生率。结果护理后,观察组孕妇的糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖水平均低于对照组孕妇,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组孕妇的不良妊娠结局总发生率(18.0%)明显低于对照组(44.0%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.901,P<0.05)。结论为GDM孕妇进行家庭跟进式护理干预的护理效果显著,可有效控制孕妇的血糖水平,降低不良妊娠结局发生概率,值得进行推广应用。

Objective To explore the influence of family follow-up care for pregnant women with gestational diabetes(GDM)on pregnancy outcome.Methods 100 pregnant women with GDM who were treated in the hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were divided into control group and observation group by blind selection grouping method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given family follow-up nursing intervention.The blood glucose level related indicators and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes of the two groups of pregnant women after nursing were compared.Results After nursing,the levels of glycosylated hemoglobin,fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes(18.0%)of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(44.0%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.901,P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing effect of family follow-up nursing intervention for pregnant women with GDM is significant,which can effectively control the blood glucose level of pregnant women and reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.It is worthy of promotion and application.
