延续性护理对2型糖尿病患者血糖和心理情绪的改善评价

Evaluation on the Improvement of Blood Glucose and Psychological Mood of Patients with Type 2 Diabetes by Continuous Nursing

目的探讨延续性护理对2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者血糖和心理情绪的改善效果。方法选定该院2017年9月-2020年4月收诊的134例T2DM患者,整群随机法分为研究组(67例,传统干预+延续性护理)与对照组(67例,传统干预),比较组间的HbA1c水平、FBG水平、T-AI评分、S-AI评分、CPSS评分、SCBQ评分、MUIS评分、E-IPSQ评分、SF-36评分。结果研究组干预后的HbA1c(4.57±0.42)%、FBG(5.53±0.84)mmol/L、T-AI评分(26.53±3.52)分、S-AI评分(30.21±3.42)分、CPSS评分(20.58±4.28)分、MUIS评分(63.69±5.26)分,均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其SCBQ评分(180.42±43.24)分、E-IPSQ评分(89.48±6.71)分、SF-36评分(46.62±6.21)分,均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论延续性护理能够改善T2DM患者的预后状况与血糖水平,稳定其心理情绪,增强其疾病认知与自我管控能力。

Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing on blood glucose and psychological mood of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods Selected 134 T2DM patients admitted in the hospital from September 2017 to April 2020,and randomly divided them into two groups:study group(67 cases,traditional intervention+continuous care)and control group(67 cases,traditional intervention),and compared HbA1c level,FBG level,T-AI score,S-AI score,CPSS score,SCBQ score,MUIS score,E-IPSQ score,SF-36 score between groups.Results HbA1c(4.57±0.42)%,FBG(5.53±0.84)mmol/L,T-AI score(26.53±3.52)points,S-AI score(30.21±3.42)points,CPSS score(20.58±4.28)points and MUIS score(63.69±5.26)points of the study group'were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);SCBQ score(180.42±43.24)points,E-IPSQ score(89.48±6.71)points,SF-36 score(46.62±6.21)points were higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuing care can improve the prognosis and blood glucose level of T2DM patients,stabilize their psychological mood,and enhance their disease cognition and self-control ability.
