综合护理在老年2型糖尿病护理中的应用价值

The Application Value of Comprehensive Nursing in Nursing Care of Elderly Type 2 Diabetes

目的观察分析综合护理在老年2型糖尿病患者护理中的应用价值。方法选取2018年4月-2019年4月于该院收治的100例老年2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按照数字随机表法分为研究组(采用综合护理方法)和对照组(采用常规护理方法),每组均为50例。采用统计学分析两组患者护理前后的空腹血糖水平、餐后2 h血糖水平、糖化血红蛋白水平、自我管理行为得分、生存质量得分、糖尿病知识(糖尿病基础知识、糖尿病治疗知识、糖尿病急慢性并发症)问卷得分以及低血糖发生率。结果两组护理前空腹血糖水平、餐后2 h血糖水平、糖化血红蛋白水平、自我管理行为得分、生存质量得分、糖尿病知识问卷得分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后研究组空腹血糖水平、餐后2 h血糖水平、糖化血红蛋白水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组自我管理行为得分、生存质量得分、糖尿病知识问卷得分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组低血糖发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理方法在老年2型糖尿病患者护理中的应用价值显著。

Objective To observe and analyze the application value of comprehensive nursing care in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods 100 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to the hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into study group(using comprehensive nursing methods)and control group(using conventional nursing)according to the number random table method,50 cases in each group.Statistical analysis of fasting blood glucose levels before and after care,2h postprandial blood glucose levels,glycosylated hemoglobin levels,self-management behavior scores,quality of life scores,diabetes knowledge(basic diabetes knowledge,diabetes treatment knowledge,diabetes acute and chronic complications)questionnaire score and incidence of hypoglycemia.Results There was no statistically significant difference in fasting blood glucose levels,2 h postprandial blood glucose levels,glycosylated hemoglobin levels,self-management behavior scores,quality of life scores,and diabetes knowledge questionnaire scores between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).Fasting blood glucose in the study group after nursing The level,blood glucose level and glycosylated hemoglobin level of 2 hours after a meal were significantly lower than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of self-management behavior,quality of life,and diabetes knowledge questionnaire in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of hypoglycemia in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing method has significant application value in the nursing of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.
