肺结核合并2型糖尿病的整体护理干预分析

Analysis of Holistic Nursing Intervention for Pulmonary Tuberculosis Complicated with Type 2 Diabetes

目的分析对于肺结核合并2型糖尿病开展整体护理干预的有效性。方法选择2019年1-9月在医院接受诊治的患者96例,所有患者均满足肺结核合并2型糖尿病诊断标准平均分成两个小组,即基础护理组与整体护理组,每组48例。给予基础护理组患者实施基础护理操作,给予整体护理组患者实施整体护理操作,研究两组人员临床护理效果。结果相较于基础护理组,整体护理组患者干预之后糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、血脂数值均优于基础护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且和基础护理组相比,整体护理组受试者结核病治愈率以及血糖值控制良好率明显高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对于肺结核同时合并2型糖尿病的患者来讲,以基础性治疗方法为基础,为患者实施整体护理干预,能够取得满意成效。此法有助于提升患者结核病治愈率,积极稳定血糖血脂,安全性强,有效性高,因此值得进一步推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effectiveness of holistic nursing intervention for pulmonary tuberculosis with type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 96 patients who were diagnosed and treated in the hospital from January to September 2019 were selected.All patients met the diagnostic criteria for tuberculosis and type 2 diabetes and were divided into two groups,namely the basic care group and the holistic care group,each with its own 48 cases.Basic nursing operations were given to patients in the basic nursing group,holistic nursing operations were given to patients in the holistic nursing group,and the clinical nursing effects of the two groups were studied.Results Compared with the basic nursing group,the values of glycosylated hemoglobin,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and blood lipids after intervention in the holistic nursing group were better than those in the basic nursing group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the basic care group,the cure rate of tuberculosis and the rate of good blood glucose control in the holistic care group were significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and type 2 diabetes,based on basic treatment methods,the implementation of holistic nursing intervention for patients can achieve satisfactory results.This method helps to improve the cure rate of tuberculosis patients,actively stabilizes blood glucose and blood lipids,has strong safety and high effectiveness,so it is worthy of further promotion and application.
