Analysis on Xi Jinping’s Thought of Strict Economy and Opposing Waste

党的十九大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央在推进新时代中国特色社会主义伟大事业的实践中,以马克思主义的立场、观点和方法为指导,自觉传承中华优秀传统文化,自觉继承中国共产党厉行节约反对浪费思想的历史传统和历史传承。提出了厉行节约反对浪费思想。其内容以餐饮浪费现象突出、粮食安全的忧患意识、切实培养节约习惯、营造节约氛围、勤俭法宝不能丢为主体,以居安思危与责任担当的辩证统一为根本特征。这一思想的提出,既是中国共产党“先天下之忧而忧”,也是治国理政的一个重大原则和中国共产党人的责任所在。

Since the 19th CPC National Congress,the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi as the core in the practice of promoting the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,with Marxist position,views and methods as the guidance,consciously inherit the excellent traditional Chinese culture,consciously inherit the Communist Party of China strict economy against waste thought of historical tradition and historical inheritance.It puts forward the idea of practicing economy and opposing waste.Its content is the prominent phenomenon of food waste,the awareness of food security,effectively cultivating conservation habits,creating a saving atmosphere,and the magic weapon of thrift cannot be lost as the main body,with the dialectical unity of danger in times of peace and responsibility as the fundamental characteristics.The proposal of this thought is not only the"worry of the world first",but also a major principle of governance and the responsibility of the Chinese Communists.
