摘要
美食旅游是在饮食科学和旅游学相关研究和发展的基础上而发展起来的一种旅游业态,有力地促进了当地旅游经济的发展。通过分析当前中国美食旅游的发展现状以及川渝地区美食旅游发展的成功经验,探索性地提出了美食旅游目的地开发应具备的条件、目标市场的划分以及客源地类型、开发类型及模式以及在开发过程中应注意的问题,以期丰富民俗旅游的研究,同时对具有丰富美食资源的地区发展美食旅游提供借鉴和指导。
Tasty food tourism is based on the research into and the development of food science and tourism,which has greatly promoted the development of local tourism economy.This paper analyzes the current status of the development of Chinese cuisine and successful experience of tasty food tourism development in Sichuan and Chongqing,proposes tentatively the conditions for developing food tourism destination,the division of the target market and the type of tourist source,the type and the mode of development,and the problems that should be paid attention to during the process,in order to enrich the study of folklore tourism and provide reference and guidance for areas with rich food resources to develop food tourism.
