摘要
针对现有腐竹自动切割装置存在的不足,设计了一种有利于延长刀具使用寿命的新型自动切割装置。在原切割装置的基础上,主要通过添加橡胶垫结构来承载刀具的垂直斩切力,消减刀具在切割过程中产生和承受的摩擦力。刀具静力学分析结果表明,新型切割装置中刀具的最大应力较在原装置中降低了84.16%,刀具的最大位移量降低了99.64%。在腐竹切割试验中,连续切割24 h,新型切割装置中刀具的平均磨损量只有在原装置中的55%。
A new type of automatic cutting device is designed to prolong the service life of the cutter in view of the shortage of the existing automatic cutting device of Yuba.On the basis of the original cutting device,the vertical cutting force of the cutting tool is carried by adding the structure of the rubber pad,and the friction force produced and sustained by the cutting tool is reduced.The results of cutting tool static analysis show that the maximum stress of cutting tool in the new cutting device is 84.16%lower than that in the original device,and the maximum displacement of cutting tool is 99.64%lower.The average wear of the cutting tool in the new cutting device is only 55%of that in the original device when the Yuba is cut continuously for 24 hours.
