聚苯颗粒水泥条板改良处理后的力学性能 被引量:2

摘要 聚苯颗粒水泥条板易发生脆性破坏,贴片或加芯处理可以改善其力学性能。实验测试了聚苯颗粒水泥条板在铝条贴片、防开裂带贴片和轻钢龙骨加芯处理后的抗压与延展性能变化情况。测试结果表明,贴片处理后条板的刚度会明显增加。铝条贴片处理后,条板的承载能力可提高20%左右,而防开裂带贴片的改善效果不明显。利用轻钢龙骨加芯处理后,条板的承载能力和延展性能均得到了大幅度提升。在达到承载能力极限时,加芯试件的破坏形式为延性破坏,其他试件均为脆性破坏。轻钢龙骨加芯条板既可用于建筑轻质隔墙,也可用于装配式建筑的楼板及屋面板。 The brittle failure of polystyrene particle cement strip is easy to occur,and the mechanical properties of PPC strips can be improved by sticking or adding core.The compressive and ductile properties of PPC strips are tested after aluminum strip,anti-cracking strip and light steel keel core treatment.Studies have shown that the load-bearing capacity of the strip is increased by about 20%after the aluminum strip patch treatment,and the load-carrying capacity of the anti-cracking tape patch has not been significantly improved.After the light steel keel is cored,the bearing capacity and ductility of the strip are greatly improved.When the ultimate bearing capacity is reached,the failure mode of the core specimen is ductile failure,and the other specimens are brittle failure.The light steel keel with core strip can be used not only for light partition wall,but also for floor and roof panel of prefabricated building.
