抗胸腺基质淋巴细胞生成素抗体在支气管哮喘生物靶向治疗中的作用 被引量:2

摘要 支气管哮喘是一种慢性气道炎症性疾病,哮喘的发病机制有明显的异质性。在一些哮喘患者中,特别是那些伴有非嗜酸性炎症的患者,在使用长效β受体激动剂和中-高剂量吸入性糖皮质激素治疗后,症状仍不能有效控制,所以了解哮喘的免疫病理和哮喘表型非常重要。随着生物疗法的发展,对传统哮喘治疗无效的患者需要寻找新的生物药物,活化的支气管上皮细胞释放的TSLP及其靶向治疗是近年来研究的热点。本文就抗胸腺基质淋巴细胞生成素抗体在支气管哮喘生物靶向治疗中的作用进行综述。
