Observation on disinfection effect of commonly used disinfectants at low temperature

摘要 目的观察常用消毒剂在低温下的消毒效果,为冷链消毒提供参考。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对含不同防冻剂的常用消毒剂在低温下杀菌效果进行观察。结果在-18℃条件下,用有效氯500 mg/L含乙醇为防冻剂的次氯酸钠作用5 min,或用有效氯1000 mg/L含氯化钠为防冻剂的次氯酸钠作用10 min,对金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭对数值均>5.00。用50 mg/L含乙醇为防冻剂的二氧化氯作用5 min,或用100 mg/L含氯化钠为防冻剂的二氧化氯作用5 min,对金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭对数值可>5.00。上述消毒剂中加入氯化钙作为防冻剂,会严重降低其杀菌效果。在-18℃条件下,以乙醇或氯化钠作为防冻剂,500 mg/L的过氧乙酸和1000 mg/L的苯扎溴铵对金黄色葡萄球菌作用5 min,杀灭对数值均能>5.00。结论在低温条件下,氯化钠作为防冻剂对各种消毒剂消毒效果的影响略大于乙醇,但也可达到杀菌效果,从安全性考虑,氯化钠是一种相对合适的防冻剂。 Objective To observe the disinfection effect of common disinfectants at low temperature and to provide reference for cold chain disinfection.Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test was used to observe the germicidal efficacy of common disinfectants containing different antifreeze agents at low temperature.Results At-18℃,the killing logarithm valus ofStaphylococcus aureus were both above 5.00 when sodium hypochlorite with available chlorine 500 mg/L using ethanol as antifreeze for 5 min and using sodium chloride as antifreeze,sodium hypochlorite with available chlorine 1000 mg/L for 10 min.The killing logarithm values of Staphylococcus aureuswere both above 5.00 when chlorine dioxide with available chlorine 50 mg/L using ethanol as antifreeze and chlorine dioxide with effective chlorine 100 mg/L using sodium chloride as antifreeze for 5 min.Adding calcium chloride into the disinfectants above as antifreeze would seriously reduce the germicidal efficacy.The killing logarithm values were above 5.00 when 500 mg/L peracetic acid and 1000 mg/L benzalkonium bromide containing ethanol or sodium chloride as antifreeze at-18℃for 5 min.Conclusion At low temperature,sodium chloride can slightly affect the disinfection effect of common disinfectants,but the germicidal efficacy is good.Considering the safety,sodium chloride is a relatively suitable antifreeze.
