全自动喷淋清洗消毒器消毒的物理参数研究

Study on disinfection physical parameters of automatic spray cleaning-disinfecting machine

目的建立全自动喷淋清洗消毒器消毒的物理参数。方法采用仪器测试法,对不同医院使用中全自动喷淋清洗消毒器温度、时间、A0值等参数进行测试和分析。结果共检测国产和进口清洗消毒器20台,物理参数差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。负载温度试验与腔壁温度试验合格率分别为40%和85%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。消毒温度合格率为70%,消毒时间合格率为62.5%,A0值合格率为100%,而设备自带记录合格率为100%。结论国内外全自动喷淋清洗消毒器的主要物理参数实测值存在差异,可通过温度压力检测仪测试进行评价。

Objective To establish disinfection physical parameters of automatic spray cleaning-disinfecting machine.Methods Instruments methods was used to detect and analyze the disinfection physical parameters including disinfection temperature,disinfection time and A0 value etc of automatic spray cleaning-disinfecting machine in different hospitals.Results 20 automatic spray cleaning-disinfecting machine including domestic and imported were detected.The physical parameters of domestic and imported cleaning and disinfection machines was statistically different(P<0.05).The qualified rate of load temperature test and cavity wall temperature test was 40%and 85%,respectively.The qualified rate of disinfection temperature was 70%.The qualified rate of disinfection time was 62.5%,the qualified rate of A0 value and the qualified rate of equipment's own records were both 100%.Conclusion There were statistically significant differences between physical parameters of domestic and imported cleaning and disinfection machines.The temperature-pressure detector can systematically evaluate the physical parameters of the automatic spray cleaning-disinfecting machines.
