两种预处理保湿方案在手术器械清洗中的比较

Comparison on cleaning effects of two pretreatment moisturizing schemes of surgical instruments

目的比较两种预处理保湿方案在长时间滞留的腹腔镜胃癌根治手术器械清洗中的应用效果。方法以随机数字表法对2019年8-11月使用的168件腹腔镜胃癌根治手术器械予以分组,对照组84件,采用流水冲洗+喷洒多酶清洗液保湿;观察组84件,采用流水冲洗+喷洒泡沫型多酶保湿剂保湿,均于用后12 h后清洗。对2组清洗合格率,清洗后蛋白、隐血残留情况,ATP荧光检测合格率。结果与对照组相比,观察组目测清洗合格率、器械表面蛋白残留率、器械表面隐血残留率差异无统计学意义;放大镜辅助观察法清洗合格率明显提高(98.81%vs 89.29%,P<0.05);器械管腔、轴节、钳齿蛋白残留率明显降低(P<0.05,1.19%vs 9.52%、2.38%vs 10.71%和3.57%vs 11.90%);观察组器械管腔、轴节、钳齿隐血残留率明显降低(P<0.05,0.00%vs 7.14%、1.19%vs 9.52%、1.19%vs 10.71%);ATP荧光检测合格率明显升高(98.81%vs 90.48%,P<0.05)。结论流水冲洗+喷洒泡沫型多酶保湿剂预处理保湿方案能提高长时间滞留的腹腔镜胃癌根治手术器械清洗质量。

Objective To compare the cleaning effect of two pretreatment moisturizing schemes in long-stay surgical instruments for laparoscopic gastric cancer radical surgery.Methods From Aug 2019 to Nov 2019,168 surgical instruments for laparoscopic gastric cancer radical surgery were divided into 2 groups by the random number table method.84 pieces in the control group were moisturized by running water rinsed+multi-enzyme cleaning solution sprayed.84 pieces in the observation group were moisturized by running water rinsed+foam-type multi-enzyme moisturizer sprayed.Both were cleaned 12 h post using.The cleaning pass rate,the residual protein and occult blood after washing,the pass rate of ATP fluorescence detection of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with control group,the cleaning pass rates,residual protein rate and occult blood residual rates on the surface of the observation group had no statistically significant.The cleaning pass rate under the magnifying glass was increased(98.81%vs 89.29%).The residual rate of protein on the lumen,shaft and Plier of the observation group(1.19%,2.38%,3.57%)were decreased comparing with that of control group(9.52%,10.71%,11.90%,P<0.05).The occult blood residual rates on the lumen,shaft and Plier of the observation group were decreased(0.00%,1.19%,1.19%)comparing with control group(7.14%,9.52%,10.71%)(P<0.05).The qualified rate of ATP fluorescence detection in the observation group(98.81%)was increased comparing with control group(90.48%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Running water rinsed+foam-type multi-enzyme moisturizer sprayed pretreatment moisturizing scheme can improve the cleaning quality in long-stay surgical instruments for laparoscopic gastric cancer radical surgery.
