摘要
职业教育作为与经济社会发展联系最紧密的教育类型之一,在社会服务方面发挥了重要作用。美国社区学院在服务社区过程中加强与监狱合作,对服刑人员进行职业教育与培训。社区学院通过设置灵活的课程矩阵、多样的教学方法、多途径管理手段等提高服刑人员的课程完成率,形成了三种合作模式。美国社区学院与监狱在课程设计、教学手段、管理模式方面的合作经验,对于我国高职院校为服刑人员提供职业教育与培训具有重要的参考价值。
Vocational education, as a type of education that most closely related with economic and social development, plays an important role in social service. In the United States, community colleges cooperate with prisons and provide vocational education and training for prisoners in the process of serving the community. They improve the course completion rate of prisoners by setting flexible course matrix, various teaching methods and multi-channel management means, and have formed three modes in cooperation. The cooperation experience of American community colleges and prisons in curriculum design, teaching means and management mode has important reference value for China’s higher vocational colleges to provide vocational education and training for prisoners.
