摘要
生活技能作为考察学生综合素质的重要标志之一,在高职院校的培养体系中占有重要地位。以江西省某职业技术学院的616名学生为研究对象,以《高职学生生活技能评价问卷》为量表进行测试,得出该校学生生活技能总体情况尚可,须在同理心、人际关系及有效沟通能力上加大开发力度。高职学生生活技能受素质拓展学分制影响,表现为不同素拓学分获得的学生群体,在“做决定”“问题解决”及“压力管理”方面存在差异。因此,应加强生活技能理论研究,完善素质拓展学分制度体系;以追求学生“全面发展”为目标,重评现有素拓分值合理性;优化素拓平台云端体验感,激励职教学生提升综合素质。
Life skills, as one of the important symbols of comprehensive quality, play an important role in the training system of higher vocational colleges. This paper takes 616 students of a vocational and technical college in Jiangxi Province as the research object, and carries out a questionnaire survey of "life skills evaluation questionnaire for higher vocational students". It is concluded that the overall situation of life skills of students in this college is acceptable, and it is necessary to strengthen the development of empathy, interpersonal relationship and effective communication skills. The life skills of higher vocational students are affected by the quality development credit system, which lies in the differences of "decision making", "problem solving" and "stress management" among different credit winners. Therefore, we should strengthen the theoretical research of life skills, improve the quality and expand the credit system;In order to pursue students’ all-round development as the goal, re evaluate the rationality of the existing quality development score;Optimize the quality development platform cloud experience, encourage students to improve their comprehensive quality.
