高校党团协同育人模式的构建:问题与思路

党团协同是高校育人体系的重要组成部分,对于培育时代新人具有重要作用。当前高校党团协同育人建设工作中还存在诸多问题,如协调性不足,工作形式化、任务化现象较为突出;党团组织建设政策和要求不健全,缺乏创新发展的理念和规划;党团工作载体单一,组织之间定向联动机制不够健全等。对此,需要以马克思主义理论为基础,遵循“以党建创新带领团建”“以团建创新加强党建”“党团协同共建”的基本原则,在实践中坚持党支部牵头,发挥党团组织优势;强化党团组织协同,发挥榜样作用;创新教育形式,凝聚党团组织力量,从而进一步提升和改进高校党团组织工作,实现高校党团协同育人模式共建共赢。

The Party-League cooperative education is an important part of the education system in colleges, and plays an important role in cultivating new people of the times. However, there are still many problems in the current Party-League cooperative education, such as lack of coordination, formalization and task-based work;the policies and requirements for the construction of Party and League organizations are not perfect, and lack of innovative development ideas and plans;the carrier of Party and League work is single, and the directional linkage mechanism between organizations is not perfect. In this regard, we need to take Marxist theory as the basis, follow the basic principles of "leading League building with Party building innovation", "strengthening Party building with League building innovation" and "party and League collaborative construction", adhere to the leadership of the Party branch in practice, and give full play to the advantages of Party and League organizations;Strengthen the coordination of Party and League organizations, and play an exemplary role;We should innovate the form of education and pool the strength of Party and League organizations. So as to further enhance and improve the work of Party and League organizations in Colleges and universities, and realize the win-win cooperation of Party and League education mode in Colleges and universities.
