高校干部作风建设是加强和改进高校党的作风建设的关键环节,也是落实立德树人根本任务的重要内容。在新时代,高校干部作风总体上是好的,但也存在宗旨观念和公仆意识淡薄,官僚主义、形式主义严重等突出问题。加强和改进高校干部作风建设,就是要做到将作风建设与思想建设、健全制度、强化监督相结合,同时还要加强多方联动、多管齐下,确保干部作风建设取得实效。
