早发型妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症致亚急性肝衰竭:1例报道并文献复习

Subacute hepatic failure caused by early-onset intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy: one case report and literature review

妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症(intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy,ICP)是妊娠中晚期特有的一种可逆性的胆汁淤积性肝病,对胎儿危害较大,但很少对母体有损害,鲜有病例报道母体出现肝衰竭表现。本例为昆明医科大学第一附属医院消化内科2016年收治的诊断为早发型ICP致亚急性肝衰竭患者,随访至今。现详细报道病例特点并回顾相关文献,为临床医师早期识别和诊疗早发型ICP患者提供参考。

Intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy(ICP)is a reversible cholestatic liver disease specific to the middle and the third trimester of pregnancy.The disease is harmful to the fetus and rarely damages the mother.Few cases have been reported of hepatic failure in the mother.This patient was diagnosed as subacute hepatic failure due to early-onset ICP by the Department of Gastroenterology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University in 2016,and has been followed up to date.The characteristic of this patient was reported in detail and relevant literature was reviewed to provide references for clinicians to identify and diagnose patient with early-onset ICP.
