Comparison of 1064/532 nm picosecond laser and nanosecond laser for tattoo removal

目的:对比观察1064/532nm皮秒激光和纳秒激光治疗文身的疗效和安全性。方法:收集10例文身者,每例选取身体部位的1个未治疗文身并将其平均分为2部分,每个文身的2个部分分别使用1064/532 nm皮秒激光及纳秒激光进行治疗。其中7例进行了1次治疗,其余3例进行了2次治疗,在基线和治疗后2个月进行照片对比,观察2组的文身清除率、疼痛度和不良反应。结果:单次治疗后,1064nm皮秒激光治疗区域比1064nm纳秒激光显示出对文身更强的清除率(P<0.05)。皮秒激光治疗后不良反应(如水疱和紫癜等)比纳秒激光更少见,二者疼痛度相当,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:皮秒激光单次治疗后文身的清除率比纳秒激光更明显,而且不良反应较小,但是其确切疗效仍需要更大样本量以及完整疗程进一步研究。

Objective:To compare the efficacy and safety of 1064/532 nm picosecond laser with nanosecond laser in tattoo removal.Methods:A total of 10 patients were recruited in the study.One untreated tattoo was chosen from each patient and each tattoo was divided into two halves of equal size.One half was treated with 1064/532 nm picosecond laser and the other half with nanosecond laser.Among the 10 patients,7 received one treatment and the other 3 had 2 treatments.The clearance rate,pain score and adverse events were evaluated at the baseline and 2 months after the treatment.Results:The 1064 nm.picosecond laser showed significantly higher tattoo clearance compared with the 1064 nm nanosecond laser after a single treatment(P<0.05).The treatment-related adverse reactions of picosecond laser,such as blister and petechiae,were less than nanosecond laser.And no difference was found between the two lasers in pain score(P>0.05).Conclusion:The single treatment with picosecond lasers is more effective and safer than nanosecond laser.Yet the efficacy still needs to be confirmed by studies with larger sample sizes and complete courses of treatment.
