摘要
针对车门机器人滚边过程中经常出现翻边波浪以及弯曲圆角上的缩进与胀出不符合预期等问题,研究翻边高度、压轮直径和工具中心至机器人目标点距离对上述问题的影响。通过Abaqus进行有限元仿真分析及正交试验,得出3种因素的影响程度,分析计算结果在具体实例中得到应用并取得良好效果。
In view of the problems such as the flanging waves,the indentation and expansion of the curved fillets that do not meet expectations during the hemming process of the door robot,the influence of flanging height,roller diameter and distance between tool center and robot target point on the above problems were studied.Through Abaqus finite element simulation analysis and orthogonal test,the in⁃fluence degree of three factors was obtained.The results of analysis and calculation have been applied in practical examples and achieved good results.
