航空发动机燃气发生器转子不平衡响应分析及试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对航空发动机燃气发生器转子稳态不平衡响应开展理论和试验研究。建立了燃气发生器转子的有限元分析模型,运用转子动力学分析软件SAMCEF/ROTOR对转子在三组不平衡量状态下的稳态不平衡响应进行了计算,并在高速旋转试验器上实测了燃气发生器转子的稳态不平衡响应,揭示了稳态不平衡响应随组合不平衡量的变化规律,研究成果对确定燃气发生器转子的许用剩余不平衡量提供了依据,具有工程应用价值。 Theoretical and experimental research on steady state unbalance response of a gas generator rotor of an aero engine was carried out.The analysis model of the rotor was established,and the steady state unbalance response in three combinations of unbalance was calculated by SAMCEF/ROTOR.The steady state unbalance response was measured on the high speed rotating test rig,leading to the rule of how the rotor’s steady-state unbalance response changing with the combined unbalance discovered.The research results provide an important basis for determining the allowable residual unbalance of the gas generator rotor used in the engine,which has application value in engineering.
