Cause Analysis of Abnormal Oil Pressure Regulation of an Engine

针对某型发动机地面试车时出现的滑油压力调节异常故障,分析了主滑油泵调压原理,建立主滑油泵滑油压力调节异常故障树,结合故障检查情况进行排查,确定了故障是由于弹簧垫盘和调压活门端面间隙小造成的,并在进行故障排除及装机验证之后,制定了有针对性的修理控制措施。

In view of the abnormal oil pressure regulation fault during the ground test of an engine,the principle of main oil pump pressure regulation was analyzed,and the fault tree of abnormal oil pressure regulation of the main oil pump was established.Combined with the fault inspection,the fault was checked,and the fault was determined to be caused by the small end clearance between the spring pad and the pressure regulating valve.Troubleshooting and installation verification are carried out,and targeted repair control measures are formulated.
