摘要
液压系统作为直升机的主要系统之一,关乎直升机的飞行安全,而辅助液压系统又是液压系统的重要组成部分。某型直升机在进行定期维护通电检查时,接通辅助液压系统电动泵控制开关,出现辅助液压系统不起压,压力表指示为OMPa的故障。针对该故障从系统原理出发,利用故障树分析的方法对故障现象进行分析,准确判断出故障产生的原因,并通过分析、试验,最终排除了故障,消除了质量安全隐患,确保了直升机系统工作可靠性,也为后续类似问题提供了解决思路。
As one of the main systems of a helicopter,the hydraulic system is related to the flight safety of the helicopter,and the auxiliary hydraulic system is an important part of the hydraulic system.This paper introduces the fault that the auxiliary hydraulic system is not pressurized,and the pressure gauge is indicated as 0MPa,when a certain type of helicopter turns on the electric pump control switch of the auxiliary hydraulic system,during the regular maintenance power-on inspection.In view of the fault,the fault phenomenon is analyzed from the system principle,and the cause of the fault is accurately determined by using the method of fault tree analysis,and through analysis and test,the fault is removed and the hidden danger of quality and safety is eliminated.It not only ensures the reliability of the helicopter system,but also provides a solution to follow-up similar problems.
