Study on the Abnormal Working Mechanism of a Certain Aircraft in the Leveling State

某型飞机在外场飞行时连续发生多起改平状态工作异常故障。由于自动控制系统工作原理复杂,与外部机载系统信号交联多,地面无法复现此故障,这给故障的排除带来很大困难。维修人员通过系统的研究改平工作机理,梳理改平工作异常的原因,制定相应的排故措施,为今后类似故障的排除提供参考和借鉴。

When a certain type of aircraft was flying in the field,there were many abnormal faults in the leveling state.Due to the complicated working principle of the automatic control system and the many signal cross-links with the external airborne system,the fault could not be reproduced on the ground,which brought great difficulties in troubleshooting.Maintenance personnel systematically study the leveling mechanism,sort out the causes of abnormal leveling work,and formulate corresponding troubleshooting measures,so as to provide reference for the troubleshooting of similar faults in the future.
