专业实践模型在骨科护士核心能力培训中的应用

Application of Professional Practice Model in Core Competence Training of Orthopedic Nurses

目的探讨专业实践模型在骨科护士核心能力培训中应用效果。方法选取该市骨科专科护士培训班50名护士,实施以专业实践模型为理论指导的培训,比较培训前后护士专业知识和核心护理能力;评价护士对培训内容的认可情况。结果培训前专业护理能力考核合格率为72.0%,培训后为100.0%,培训前后比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.670,P<0.05);培训后护士核心能力各维度得分高于培训前,培训前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且护士对培训模式高度认可。结论专业实践模型可显著提高骨科护士专业知识和核心护理能力,且这种培训模式得到护士高度认可。

Objective To explore the application effect of professional practice model in the core competence training of orthopedic nurses.Methods Fifty nurses from the orthopedic specialist nurse training class in the city were selected,and the training was carried out based on the professional practice model as the theoretical guidance.The nurses'professional knowledge and core nursing ability before and after the training were compared;the nurses'recognition of the training content was evaluated.Results The qualification rate of professional nursing ability assessment before training was 72.0%,and it was 100.0%after training.The difference between before and after training was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.670,P<0.05);after training,the scores of various dimensions of nurses’core competence were higher than those before training.The differences before and after training were statistically significant(P<0.05);and the nurses highly recognized the training pattern.Conclusion The professional practice model can significantly improve the professional knowledge and core nursing ability of orthopedic nurses,and this training model is highly recognized by nurses.
