摘要
该文主要介绍护理管理人员流程管理的人才培养方式(包括准备、护理培训流程实行情况、监督流程)、人才培养流程管理效果、人才培养流程管理优化措施(包括科学、合理的护理服务流程与优质护理管理人才梯队建立、强化流程信息化建设)等,并对护理管理人才流程管理的益处与不足予以总结、分析,以此探究护理管理人才培养的流程管理及其在临床护理服务中起到的效果,以供相关人员参考、借鉴。
The article mainly introduces the training methods of nursing management personnel process management(including preparation,nursing training process implementation,supervision process),talent training process management effect,talent training process management optimization measures(including establish an echelon of high-quality nursing management talents of scientific and reasonable nursing service process,strengthen the construction of process information),etc.,and summarize and analyze the benefits and shortcomings of process management of nursing management talents,so as to explore the process management of nursing management talent training and its application in clinical nursing services.The results obtained are for reference and reference by relevant personnel.
