基于信息化建设在手术室精益管理中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨基于信息化建设在手术室精益管理中的应用效果。方法选取2017年10月—2020年10月该院接受手术治疗患者112例为研究对象,采用前后对比的研究方法。选取2017年10月—2018年10月在手术室精益管理中未开展信息化建设的为对照组(n=56),选取2018年11月—2020年10月开展信息化建设后的为研究组(n=56),比较两组手术室工作情况、管理质量评分、患者满意度。结果研究组术前信息核对时间、平均准备时间、护士记录时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组消毒清洁、护理技能、服务态度等护理管理质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者对护理管理的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在手术室精细管理中融入信息化建设可进一步优化工作效果,有助于提高护理管理质量和工作效率,患者也会对护理服务更加满意。 Objective To explore the application effect of lean management in operating room based on information construction.Methods 112 patients undergoing surgical treatment in the hospital from October 2017 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects.Using the before and after comparison research method,those from October 2017 to October 2015 were selected and did not carry out information in the lean management of the operating room as the control group(n=56),and the study group(n=56)was selected from November 2015 to October 2020 after the informatization construction was carried out.The operating room performance,management quality score,patient satisfaction.of the two groups were compared.Results The preoperative information check time,average preparation time,and nurse recording time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the study group's nursing management quality scores such as disinfection and cleaning,nursing skills,and service attitude were all higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The patients in the study group were more satisfied with nursing management than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Incorporating information construction into the fine management of the operating room can further optimize the work effect and help improve the quality and efficiency of nursing management.Patients will also be more satisfied with the nursing service.
