人文关怀服务在妇产科护理带教中的应用价值评估

Evaluation of the Application Value of Humanistic Care Service in Nursing Teaching in Obstetrics and Gynecology

目的对人文关怀服务在妇产科护理带教中应用效果进行分析。方法将50例2019年6月—2020年6月期间该院妇产科实习护生作为该次研究对象,采用随机法将其分为两组,研究组与对照组实习护生分别25名,将实施常规带教实习护生纳入对照组,将在常规带教基础上实施人文关怀服务实习护生纳入研究组,对研究组与对照组实习护生考核成绩、知识掌握程度、教学满意度及综合能力进行比较。结果研究组实习护生理论知识考核成绩、临床技能考核成绩与对照组实习护生相比较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组实习护生知识掌握率比对照组实习护生高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组实习护生教学方法、学习兴趣、带教老师评分比对照组实习护生高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组实习护生自学能力、沟通能力、无菌操作能力、解决问题能力与对照组相比较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妇产科带教中应用人文关怀服务可以提高实习护生对知识掌握度,提高实习护生综合能力,具有使用价值。

Objective To analyze the application effect of humanistic care service in obstetrics and gynecology nursing teaching.Methods Fifty nursing students who were internships in the department of obstetrics and gynecology of the hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the subjects of this study.They were divided into 2 groups by random method.The research group and the control group were 25 respectively.The practice nursing interns will be included in the control group,and the humanistic care service interns will be included in the research group on the basis of conventional teaching.Compared the assessment results,knowledge mastery,teaching satisfaction and comprehensive ability of the research group and the control group of nursing students.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge assessment and clinical skills assessment of the research group's interns were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The knowledge mastery rate of the research group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching method,learning interest,and the scores of teachers in the research group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the self-study ability,communication ability,aseptic operation capability,and problem-solving ability of interns in the research group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanistic care services in the teaching of obstetrics and gynecology can improve the knowledge mastery of interns and improve the comprehensive ability of interns,which has practical value.
