阶段式带教方法在骨科护理实习生教学中的实践效果分析

摘要 目的观察在骨科实施阶段式带教方法的价值和意义,以更好地提高护理实习生的教学质量。方法按照随机数字表法相关要求,将2019年1月—2020年1月在该院骨科实习的60名护理生随机分为观察组和对照组各30名,并分别予以阶段式带教方法和传统带教法,对比两组护理实习生的学习效果、综合测评成绩及对教学认可度的差异。结果观察组实习生的理解能力、学习内容掌握度、学习兴趣3方面自评测分[(9.7±1.8)分、(9.2±1.3)分、(8.9±1.1)分]明显高于对照组[(6.6±1.4)分、(6.8±1.8)分、(6.9±1.5)分],组间比较差异有统计学意义(t=8.129、6.227、6.220,P<0.05);观察组实习生的理论考试成绩、临床实践技能成绩[(95.8±3.8)分、(92.4±4.3)分]明显高于对照组[(82.1±6.4)分、(81.2±5.8)分],组间比较差异有统计学意义(t=6.581、6.320,P<0.05);观察组实习生对教学认可度96.67%(29/30)明显高于对照组70.00%(21/30),组间比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.680,P<0.05)。结论在骨科护理实习生中实施阶段式带教方法不仅可以提高教学效果,还可以增加学生对教学认可度,效果显著,值得推广。 Objective Observe the value and significance of the staged teaching method in orthopedics,to better improve the teaching quality of nursing interns,.Methods In compliance with the relevant requirements of the random number table method,60 nursing students who were internships in the orthopedics department of the hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each with 30 students,and they were given step-by-step teaching methods and the traditional teaching method;comparing the differences in the learning effect,comprehensive evaluation results and recognition of teaching between the two groups of nursing interns.Results The self-evaluation scores[(9.7±1.8)points,(9.2±1.3)points,(8.9±1.1)points]of the interns in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group[(6.6±1.4)points,(6.8±1.8)points,(6.9±1.5)points],the difference between the groups was statistically significant(t=8.129,6.227,6.220,P<0.05);The theoretical test scores and clinical practice skills scores of the interns in the observation group[(95.8±3.8)points,(92.4±4.3)points]were significantly higher than those of the control group[(82.1±6.4)points,(81.2±5.8)points],the difference between the groups was statistically significant(t=6.581,6.320,P<0.05);the observation group's interns'recognition of teaching was 96.67%(29/30),which was significantly higher than the control group by 70.00%(21/30),and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.680,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the staged teaching method in orthopedic nursing interns can not only improve the teaching effect,but also increase the students'recognition of teaching.The effect is significant and it is worthy of promotion.
