对口升学班解剖学基础教学中应用微信公众号的效果分析

摘要 目的探索微信公众号在对口升学班解剖学基础教学中的辅助教学功能。方法选择2019级中职护理专业对口升学班108名学生作为研究组,选择2018级中职护理专业普通班215名学生作为对照组。通过构建适用于内蒙古自治区医学类对口升学解剖学基础教学的微信公众号,并运用于研究组解剖学基础理论与实验教学中,借助调查问卷与成绩分析了解微信公众号的教学辅助效果。结果75%的学生能够使用微信公众号进行学习;83%的同学认为解剖学基础的学习难点主要在于课程比较紧、名词繁多、课后整理复习的时间比较少;87%的学生使用微信平台集中在课前预习和课后复习两个环节;90%的学生查看微信平台推送的信息集中在晚饭、午饭的时间和晚上睡觉前;对于微信公众平台推送的形式,76%的同学喜欢图文信息和视频信息;研究组与对照组在理论考试与实验考试成绩方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论应用该公众号可以有效提高教学质量和理论与实践技能考试成绩,是课堂教学的有益补充。 Objective To explore the auxiliary teaching function of the WeChat public account in the basic anatomy teaching of the counterpart promotion class.Methods The 108 students from the 2019 secondary vocational nursing major's counterpart advancement class were selected as the study group,and 215 students from the 2018 secondary vocational nursing major general class were selected as the control group.By constructing a WeChat official account suitable for the basic teaching of anatomy for medical counterparts in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,and applying it to the study group's basic theories and experimental teaching of anatomy,the teaching aid effect of the WeChat official account can be understood with the help of questionnaires and score analysis.Results 75%of students can use WeChat official accounts for learning;83%of students believed that the main difficulties in learning anatomy were that the courses were relatively tight,many nouns,and there was less time to organize and review after class;87%of students used the WeChat platform to concentrate on the two links of pre-class preview and after-class review;90%of students checked the information pushed by the WeChat platform to concentrate on dinner,lunch time and before going to bed at night;for the form of WeChat public platform push,76%of students liked graphic information and video information;there was a statistically significant difference between experimental group and the control group in the theoretical and study test scores(P<0.001).Conclusion The application of this official account can effectively improve the quality of teaching and test scores of theoretical and practical skills,which is a useful supplement to classroom teaching.
