精准监督 对“症”开方——浅谈纪委监督意见书在三级甲等综合医院的应用

Precisely Supervise Prescriptions for"Symptoms"——Talking about the Application of the Supervisory Opinions of the Commission for Discipline Inspection in Tertiary A General Hospitals

为进一步加强医院党风廉政建设,充分发挥监督保障执行、促进完善发展的作用,该院纪委一直在积极探索有效的监督方法。该院纪委立足监督首责,结合实际情况,自2015年在党风廉政建设预警管理中开始运用党风廉政风险预警整改通知书,至2020年下发的纪委监督意见书,不断总结经验,不断提高监督质效。以该院监督意见书的运用实践为例,分析了监督意见书在三级甲等综合医院发挥的作用。

In order to further strengthen the construction of party style and clean government in institute,give full play to the role of supervision and guarantee implementation,and promote perfect development,the Commission for Discipline Inspection of the institute has been actively exploring effective supervision methods.The Commission for Discipline Inspection of the institute is based on the primary responsibility of supervision and combined with the actual situation.Since 2015,the party style and clean government risk early warning and rectification notice has been used in the early warning management of party style and clean government construction,and the supervision opinions issued by the Discipline Inspection Commission in 2020 have continuously summarized experience,continuously improve the quality and efficiency of supervision.Taking the application practice of the hospital's supervisory opinions as an example,the role of supervisory opinions in tertiary A general hospitals is analyzed.
